Vikash is one of the founding partners in Prudentia & Partners and is an experienced litigator for several years. His fora of practice include the Supreme Court of India and several High Courts, various Tribunals such as TDSAT, APTEL and DRAT. He is a seasoned lawyer in appellate forums for service, education, electricity, consumer disputes, civil, criminal and arbitration cases. He specialises in emerging fields such as Sports Law, IBC and labour reforms in the private sector. He has worked with Shri P.S. Narasimha, the then Additional Solicitor General of India and assisted him in litigations of national importance and involving critical legal issues. He has also been an integral part of the mediation between the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the various State Cricket Associations in implementing the reforms suggested by the Justice Lodha Committee. Before joining the Chambers of Shri Mahesh Jethmalani, Mr. Awasthi has worked with the doyen of the legal profession Late Shri Ram Jethmalani and has handled several high profile cases under his mentorship.   He is also empanelled as an Advocate for Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Co. Name- Soumya Rajsingh is currently an Assistant Profesor of Law, Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad. She is an alumnus of National Law University, Assam and graduated from her B.A,LL.B (Hons) in 2016. She has also completed her LL. M in International Law From Faculty of Legal Studies, South Asian University in 2018 and specialize in the areas of: Public International Law; Private International Law; Transnational Commercial Laws; Internationam commercial Arbitration Jurisprudence Law, and Economics. In an experience of two years as a research assistant and one year as a professor she  genthusiastically works on emerging interdisciplinary aspects of laws.
