School of Law, Graphic Era Hill University is organizing an Expert Talk on February 20, 2021 on the topic ‘Social Justice and Contemporary Challenges in India’ on the occasion of World Day of Social Justice 2021 with Mr. Siddhartha Fuller, Assistant Professor of Law, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Patiala, Punjab as an Expert Resource Person.
The session will be about the different concepts of Social Justice as to Why is Social Justice important, How it is getting Dispensed, How are Conflicting interests adjusted in India and What lies ahead in the realm of Social Justice?
