6th Gary B. Born Essay Competition on International Arbitration

The Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law (CARTAL) and Indian Journal of Arbitration Law (IJAL) are organizing the 6th Gary B. Born Essay Competition on International Arbitration, 2021.

The themes for this year’s competition are provided below: –

1. Admissibility of Unlawfully Obtained Evidence in International Arbitration
2. Interface Between Data Protection Laws and International Arbitration
3. Arbitrating Environmental and Climate Change-Related Disputes

To participate in the competition, essays must be sent to [email protected] by 23:59 hours on October 20, 2021 (Indian Standard Time, GMT +5:30).
