Call for Blog Posts: Lex ad Coelum by Centre of Aviation and Space Laws, NUJS

The Centre of Aviation and Space Laws (CASL) at West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) is pleased to invite submissions for its blog “Lex ad Coelum”.

About CASL

CASL was created under the aegis of Prof. (Dr.) Sandeepa Bhat and Dr. Shouvik Kumar Guha, professors at NUJS. CASL aims to explore, understand, analysis and critique the legal developments and needs in the sphere of aviation and space laws. The Centre intends to promote research and awareness about air and space law by interacting with individuals from both academic and industry backgrounds.

Lex ad Coelum is a peer reviewed blog run by the CASL. The editorial team of the blog includes distinguished scholars from all over the the world. You can find it here.

CASL invites submissions on contemporary issues of international or domestic interest involving either aviation or space law

Submission Guidelines

Senior and junior academics and practitioners with a legal, economic or other social science background (including PhD candidate and post-doctoral researchers) are invited to contribute on the cutting-edge areas of aviation and space laws. Currently, we are not accepting pieces by undergraduate or post graduate students unless the piece is exceptionally well-written. We recommend that student authors collaborate with a faculty member or a research scholar for their piece. To submit a post for consideration, please email us at [email protected]

The receipt of the submission made to CASL will be acknowledged within 72 hours of the submission.

The final decision with respect to status of publication shall be informed within 10–15 days of submission. However, the same can extend beyond the stipulated period depending on the academic commitments in the University. Other guidelines regarding word limit, references etc can be found here.
