About the Workshop:

ILSCA in association with ADR ODR International, UK and KD Lex Chambers announces a one-day virtual workshop on ‘Mediation and Negotiation Skills’ on 8th April, 2022. This workshop is being conducted as the first leg of the “3 Day Event” of the Inter-Collegiate Mediation Competition, INTERCESSIONIS, 2022. The workshop, would be conducted by Mr. A.J. Jawad from ADR ODR International, UK and KD Lex Chambers.

We cordially invite attendees not participating in INTERCESSIONIS, 2022-Mediation Competition, to register for the workshop.

The participants can expect the following from the workshop:

  • A brief overview of the mediation process
  • Skills required to be a mediator
  • Communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Understanding positions, interests and needs
  • Mediation from the perspective of various national and international competitions
