GNLU | National Conference on Land Laws and Land Planning: Revisiting India’s Land Utilisation Policies and Legislations [14-15 October, 2022] 

The GNLU Legal Services Committee and GNLU Centre for Law and Society in collaboration with Bharatiya Kisan Sangh is organizing a two-day National Conference on Land Laws and Land Planning: Revisiting India’s Land Utilisation Policies and Legislations on 14th and 15th October, 2022 at Gujrat National Law University, Gandhinagar and invites papers/ poster submissions for the same.

The primary objective of the conference is to evaluate and analyze various land legislations and policies. The conference aims to present profound and pragmatic solutions to the rapidly changing climate and address the unprecedented challenge of sustainability and survival. The Conference further aims to develop an understanding of the adequacy of land legislations and policies concerning the socio-economic environment of the nation, suggest effective changes and amendments in land legislations and policies and ensure the welfare of stakeholders in the light of international policies pertaining to the same.

The participants must submit the abstract of the paper not exceeding the limit of 300 words in Microsoft Word document

Times New Roman, font size 12

single line spacing along with four keywords.

The abstract must indicate the objectives, methodology, significant results, implications, and critical references and include the name, affiliation, postal address, email ID and contact details of the author.

The last date for the submission of abstracts is 15thSeptember, 2022.

The intimation of the acceptance of the abstract shall be done by 20th September, 2022.
