About Course:

This short course in Tech law is one of a kind in India, aiming to touch upon various upcoming areas at the intersection of law, technology and policy including the complex landscape of privacy requirements, data protection, regulated vs. gray unregulated areas (US vis-àvis India) and subsequent pros and cons. This course is a supplement to the main courses offered in Intellectual Property and Technology, Data Protection, Data Privacy, and Information Technology that the students already engage in within the course of their respective degrees, at any level currently.

Objective of the Course:
