National Conference on : Contemporary Issues and Challenges of
Constitutional Law

Gokul Global University is State Private University, established in 2018 through the Gujarat Private
University (Amendment) Act (Gujarat Act No.04/2018) in Sidhhpur city of Patan district. GGU consists of
various faculties such as Engineering, Ayurveda, Nursing, Homeopathy, Physiotherapy, Arts &
Humanities, Commerce & Management, Law, Science, etc. There are more than 8000 students enrolled under 100+ courses of UG, PG, Vocational and Doctoral studies.
To mark National Constitution Day, we have planned to organize National Conference on
26.11.2022 with an aim to appraise the contemporary issues related to the constitutional law. The objective of the conference also includes the discussion on recent challenges for the Constitution of India with
reference to various aspects including Rule of Law, Democracy, Globalization, etc. Research papers and articles are invited from academician, scholars and stakeholders on any of the topic or relevant theme in
accordance with theme of the conference. Some illustrative sub-theme as follows :
 Redefining Fundamental Rights
 Redesigning Fundamental Duties
 Special status of states
 Electoral reforms
 Judicial Governance
 Threats of Globalization
 International Obligations and Organizations
 Rights of Minorities and Marginalized
 Technological advancement and IT
 Sedition, Citizenship, Reservation, etc.
Research papers and articles are invited from academician, scholars and stakeholders on any of the topic on aforesaid or relevant theme. Abstract of 200 words (with three keywords) may be submitted through an email at [email protected] before 19th November 2022 as per the following format :
Abtract and full paper must be in MS Word, .doc or .docx file format with page size A4, left margin 1.5 inch
and other three of 1 inch. Font ‘Times New Roman’ only with font size 12 (14 for title and 10 for footnote)
with line spacing of 1.5, justified. Authors name, affiliation, phone number and email ID should be
mentioned just below the title. Plagiarism must be within the limit of 15%. There could be maximum three authors, each would be required to register for the conference in respective category.
Registration Fee : For Academician & Professionals Rs. 1000/- and for Scholar/students Rs.500/-
[Registration fee includes Kit, Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea and entry in each session]

Paper presentation would be either in physical presence or online. Full paper may be submitted on the
day of the conference. Selcted papers shall be published in the form of the proceedings with ISBN number.
