Eligibility and Experience
- Law Graduate from any recognized university
- Comfortable with the In-House Litigation profile and ready to work in a paperless and virtual environment.
- Good drafting skills
- Good command over MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- In-house Litigation profile
- Strategies the plan of action in the cases and also draft the pleadings i.e. written statements, applications, appeals & revision, suits for recoveries, legal notices, police complaints etc.
- Limited but only effective Court hearings in the Court of NCR Delhi
- Case management and updating the database of running cases on Firm’s virtual platform
- Coordination with clients and locally empanelled advocates of the Firm
- Handling cases on all Judicial, quasi-judicial and Tribunals on PAN India basis with the assistance of locally empanelled advocates of the Firm.
- Report to Senior Associate advocates
