VIT Pune MUN is one of the leading Model United Nations Conferences in the state of Maharashtra, organized by the enthusiastic and hard-working students of VIT Pune. The 5th Edition of VIT Pune MUN is scheduled to be held from 7 May to 9 May 2021, online. With exciting committees, an Executive Board with an experience of more than 1000 MUNs and unparalleled hospitality, VIT Pune 2021 promises to be an exceptional conference.
With the efforts put in by the organizing team, VIT Pune MUN has hosted many delegates from around the globe. This year, it is raising the bar and aiming to host more than 220 delegates.
VIT Pune MUN has aligned itself with the Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN for 2030. It has also received official recognition from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
Committees and the Agendas
The Committees that VIT Pune MUN plans to simulate will deliberate on agendas that are of extreme importance in our times and will try to find solutions that are not only appropriate but also viable and realistic.

4. United Nations Women (UNW)
Discussing Measures for Economic Empowerment of Women.
5. United Nations Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice (CCPCJ)
Discussing Effective Measures to Prevent and Counter Smuggling of Migrants.
6. All India Political Parties Meet (AIPPM)
Four years of Draft National Energy Policy, 2017: An assessment.
India at the WTO: Reforming trade forums and resolving trade disputes.

The total cash prize is worth Rs. 1,09,000/- including the Best Delegation prize.
