IPEM LAW ACADEMY (NAAC Accredited and affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut) is organizing National Legal Case Analysis Competition on 24th July, 2021. We cordially invite you to participate in the above event by sending your registration.
One out of the following four cases will be given for case analysis:
- Shreya Singhal v. Union of India (AIR 2015 SC 1523)
- Shayara Bano v. Union of India (AIR 2017 9 SCC 1 SC)
- Navtej Singh Johar v. Union of India (2018 10 SCC 1)
- Justice K.S. Puttaswamy (Retrd.) v. Union of India ( 2017 10 SCC 1)
AWARDS (CASH PRIZES):
Winner: Rs. 3000/-
First Runners – Up: Rs. 2,500/-
Second Runners – Up: Rs. 2000/-
REGISTRATION FEE: 100
E- certificates to all the registered participants
