Journal of Unique Laws and Students [JULS] is conducting its first International National Research Paper Writing Competition on Law and Management, Open for ALL.

About Journal of Unique Laws and Students

“Journal of Unique Laws and Students” (JULS) which shall provide law students, young lawyers and legal professionals to deliberate and express their critical thinking on impressionistic realms of Law. The JULS aims to provide cost free, open access academic deliberations among law students and young lawyers.

Journal of Unique Laws and Students is an open access, peer-reviewed and refereed journal dedicated to express views on topical legal issues, thereby generating a cross current of ideas on emerging matters.

About the Competition

The journal strives to contribute to the community with scholarly papers on a vast number of legal issues and topics written by authors from various groups that will be judged by our advisory board and editorial board.

Journal of Unique Laws and Students has organised an international research paper writing event in March-April, 2022. JULS invites each one of you to participate in its international research paper writing competition by submitting original, unpublished manuscripts.

Note: Authors can choose different topics from the above mentioned 5 themes.

Eligibility

All the Students of Law (undergraduate or postgraduate) from Indian and Foreign University, Researchers, Academicians, Advocates, NGO personals, Social Activists, Judiciary Members & Bureaucrats are eligible for this competition.

Themes

Open theme: “Topics related to international aspects of LAW and Management”

Guidelines

  • Submission must be the original work of the contributor.
  • Submissions must not be published or sent for consideration elsewhere.
  • Co-Authorship is allowed for a maximum of 2 authors.
  • Heavy plagiarised papers will lead to immediate rejection of the submission. For the convenience of the authors, the plagiarism limit for the paper is 10%.
  • The file name must be the exact title of the paper. Due to the non-disclosure policy the authors are requested to not mention their names or personal details anywhere in the document sent to us.
  • The names of the author/s must be clearly mentioned in the body of the email along with the name of the institution, year of study and their contact number.
  • Submissions must be in Times New Roman font, with size 12 and line spacing 1.5.
  • All footnotes must be in Times New Roman font, with size 10 and line spacing 1.
  • Submissions must be made in .doc/.docx formats only.
  • All the submissions must be sent before the deadline through email to [email protected].
  • Top 50 research papers will be published in the next edition of Journal of Unique Laws and Students (JULS) i.e. Volume II Issue I.
