1st ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE on LAW AND THE CONTEMPORARY TRENDS March 31st & April 1st, 2023 by(SSOL)& University of Adelaide, Australia

The Conference
Sharda School of Law (SSOL), Sharda University, Greater Noida, is delighted to launch the first edition of its two-day Annual International Conference on the broad theme of Law and the Contemporary Trends (ICLCT). It is scheduled to be held on March 31st and April 1st, 2023, in the hybrid mode.
Theme
Laws in a progressive polity must be adequately flexible to incorporate contemporary developments. A mature legal system must keep pace with and mould its fabric according to the dynamic societal

moralities, technological innovations, communication advancements, fluctuating foreign relationships, emerging economic and business nuances, etc. It must adapt and embrace new legal rules/concepts/remedies and discard those outmoded. A static legal framework is unable to accommodate or adjust with change. Law must therefore, be evolving, suited to harbour all modern- day challenges. A legal change may not always meet the expectations of its purpose and hence, needs a critical assessment. It is against this backdrop that ICLCT-2023 has been conceptualized. The Conference shall give the participants an opportunity to identify and appraise the evolving legal issues and make suitable propositions thereon.
