Indian Bar Review (IBR), is a quarterly Journal of the Bar Council of India Trust published since 1972. Indian Bar Review is meant for judges , advocates, law teachers and law researchers. It has a wide readership because of its quality, and contents. It regularly reports developments both in law and legal education.

  • Mode of Submission: Online submission of manuscripts at [email protected] addressing to the Editor by using the “Submission of Article” as the subject in the email address block.

Note: Articles published elsewhere in any form, version or language cannot be considered for publication including those that are available on the Internet.

What Are The Important Instructions Related To Paper Submission?

  • Author have to use “Submission of Article” as the subject in the email address block. The email message should include:
  1. The Author’s Name
  2. The Title of the Article
  3. An Abstract of not more than 250-300 words
  4. Relevant information about the author (Full details of designation, contact numbers,
    email-id, etc).
  • Article Manuscripts (Footnotes Included) should be submitted in maximum 6000-10000words (Staying within those limits improves the chances of your submission to be reviewed speedily)
  • Co-authorship is permitted up to a maximum of two authors.
  • Submissions need to be original. Plagiarism shall result in disqualification.
  • Submissions shall be made online only.
  • Submissions shall be in English.
  • Author has to submit abstract of 250 to 300 words. The abstract should not contain any abbreviations.

Note: BCI Trust will not consider any Articles which are under consideration elsewhere, nor will consider multiple submissions by the same author and BCI Trust & the Editor IBR reserves the right to reject the Article at the selection or a later stage, if Articles does not confirm to the IBR style.
