This is an intensive One Week Faculty Development Program (FDP) specially designed to equip social science scholars and legal educators with the strategic tools and practical methods to help them deal with this change. The core of this program is the use of frameworks of Outcome Based Education (OBE), where the emphasis in education is placed on what students learn, understand and can demonstrate rather than what they are taught.
