About Us
Beginning in the year 2012, Knowledge Steez has walked past several milestones since then. The idea was to create a platform that would serve benefit in career and academic aspects to the students of Law and Management and other social sciences streams including remotely located colleges. Registered as Knowledge steezEduHub (LLP AAM 8237), it has been founded by Niteesh Kumar Upadhyay,Vivek Kumar Verma and is currently managed by Dr. Ankita Upadhyay (Partner and Director) and Mahak Rathee (Honourary Director). Knowledge Steez has signed various MOUs with National, International Universities and research think tanks and is actively involved in National as well as International events.

To empower students, educators, and professionals through accessible and high-quality academic events and capacity-building programmes, while promoting research excellence, human rights awareness, ethics, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, and global collaborations in Law, Management and Social Sciences through a single knowledge portal.

Working for the greater good means working in a manner that fosters both social and societal growth. Working solely for oneself certainly bears fruit, but working collectively reflects a broad-minded and farsighted approach that leads to the shared growth of everyone.
Hence, our motto—“We rise by lifting others”—continues to guide us and will remain so for posterity.
Over the years, we have received various awards for fostering education and for setting new trends in experiential learning and academic exposure, alongside promoting a culture of reading and scholarship. Meet The Founding Team
Mahak Rathee
Honorary Director
Mahak Rathee is currently practicing as an advocate in Delhi and is also actively handling various arbitrations as counsel and Tribunal Secretary. She is one of the founding members of ADR HOC, which is established with a vision to promote ADR as a means of dispute resolution. She has various publications in her name.
She has also been awarded with GAJE Mexico and GAJE Indonesia Scholarship for her commendable work in field of legal aid and awareness.
Niteesh Kumar Upadhyay
Founding Member
Dr. Niteesh Kumar Upadhyay is an Associate Professor of Law at Galgotias University and Guest Faculty at Romanian-American university, Romania, he is also a Research Advisor South Ural State University, Russia.
He has done his LLM and Ph.D from WBNUJS, Kolkata. At college level, he has won various awards in moots, quiz and debates. He has also presented papers at various national and international level seminars and conferences. Along with this, he has also conducted several workshops. His numerous works have also been published at various journals.
He is the founder of knowledgesteez and has mentored several other endeavors. He is a part of the Editorial Boards of different journals of Legal Research and Study like Journal of Comprehensive Legal Research, West Minster Law Review and Dibrugarh Law Journal, Youth Policy Journal (U.K).
He received various scholarships in past including GAJE Turkey, ILEC New York, HAGUE Academy Netherlands, Gaje Mexico , Xiamen China, Rene Cassin France etc. In year 2015 he was awarded with title of social change maker 2015, Young Humanitarian Award 2017 , Youth for Human Rights Award 2017.
