About Event

Nyaya Setu: The AI & Justice Policy Convention is a national-level policy drafting competition conceptualized as a Policy Hackathon, aimed at addressing emerging challenges posed by the deployment of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in the Indian legal system. The Convention seeks to move beyond traditional academic writing by requiring participants to draft practical, implementable policy frameworks and model guidelines for AI governance in justice delivery. By simulating a Parliamentary Standing Committee process, the competition offers participants a unique opportunity to engage with policy-making in a real-world, implementation-oriented setting.
