Duties of the Post

The post-holder will provide research assistance and support to the Director of the project including (but not limited to):

1. Research on the impact of digitisation on the EU Social Contract;
2. Research on the regulatory response(s) of EU institutions to the advancement of digitisation, and how effective they are in protecting the EU social contract;
3. Contributing to drafting reports for EU institutions;
4. Conducting and analysing surveys and their results;
5. Contributing to drafting policy recommendations for the EU institutions;
6. Supporting the organisation of events with stakeholders and EU institutions.

As a member of Essex Law School, the candidate will be exposed to a rich and active academic community with leading expertise in human rights, digital regulation and EU law.
