The International Mediation Diplomacy Competition (IMDC) 2025 is here to
empower aspiring mediators, diplomats, and professionals with the skills and insights they need

This unparalleled event, hosted by the International Association of Mediators and Poly-
Experts (IAMPE) and proudly co-hosted by the Municipality of Paphos, is set to take place
from January 25th to 29th, 2025, in the beautiful city of Paphos, Cyprus. For those unable to
attend in person, the hybrid format allows participants to engage virtually, ensuring global
accessibility.

What is the IMDC?
The IMDC is a first-of-its-kind competition dedicated exclusively to Diplomatic Mediation, a
growing field in international relations and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). By simulating
