About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Legal Intern with a keen interest in Intellectual Property (IP) law and a decent understanding of contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing, analysing & summarizing legal contracts.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Market Research) to assess unlicensed font usage or potential copyright infringement.
- Create, organize & maintain infringement case files, ensuring documentation and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to strict timelines & compliance with regulations in all activities.
- Attend workshops, seminars & team meetings to enhance knowledge of IP law & contracts.
Eligibility
- 2nd year or above of the 3-year law degree course.
- 3rd year or above of the 5-year law degree course.
- Basic understanding of legal contracts & ability to comprehend and analyse their contents.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills to convey legal concepts.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities & meet deadlines.
- Capable of collaborating with diverse teams and working in a fast-paced environment.
