About the Opportunity
The legal team at Shapoorji Pallonji Infrastructure Capital Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking to onboard a law student as an intern for several months.
Responsibilities
- Filing and preparing case briefs for electricity regulatory matters, land-related disputes and negotiable instruments complaints.
- Mergers and acquisition transaction support
- Handling legal matters including drafting legal notices, replies, and power of attorneys and affidavits.
- Legal research for commercial transactions with third parties including customers, and vendors.
Eligibility
- 4th-year law student
- Knowledge of commercial and civil laws
- Good analytical and drafting skills
- Good communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and time sensitivity
