Call for Papers: IUE Annual Research Symposium, Presentation proposal deadline: January 31, 2025
Call For Proposals
The Universities of Wisconsin Institute for Urban Education is accepting presentation proposal submissions for our first annual research symposium on the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee campus.
The symposium will be an opportunity to engage with relevant and critical research focused on urban education. The following submissions are welcome:
- all topics
- previously presented
- early stage
- empirical studies
- action research
- conceptual papers
- community partnerships
- preK-12 and higher education
Who Should Participate
Undergraduate and graduate students, university faculty, PreK-12 teachers, educational leaders, and specialized school and instructional support professionals are encouraged to participate!

- Presentation proposal deadline: January 31, 2025
- Presentation confirmation: February 15, 2025
