The organisers, Dr Ilias Kapsis, Dr Clara Martins Pereira, Dr Virág Blazsek, Dr Andreas Kokkinis, and Professor Federico Lupo-Pasini, invite submissions of paper abstracts for the 4th Conference on Financial Law and Regulation to be held at the City Law School, City St George’s, University of London on the 3 July 2025. This conference is supported by the Society of Legal Scholars, and the City Law School.
We invite abstract submissions (maximum 300 words) for papers that explore the law in the following fields:
• International finance and European Union financial law, including developments related to Brexit.
• Recent developments in Fintech.
• Sustainable finance including ethics and culture in the financial services sector.
• Financial stability and developments in regulatory architecture.
• Developments in the private law of finance, financial services litigation, and consumer protection.
• New trends in corporate finance.
Those interested in presenting their work should submit their abstracts by email by Thursday, 17 April 2025. We aim to get back to authors whose papers have been accepted within one to two weeks after the deadline for submission.
