Duration

Eligibility
- A sound grasp of foundational legal subjects
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and familiarity with court procedure
- An interest in litigation
- Comfort with digital tools for research and drafting
Responsibilities
(a) Litigation Interns
- Drafting petitions from scratch
- Assisting with filings and court procedures
- Preparing a comprehensive list of dates and briefing notes
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Taking ownership of assigned matters and maintaining familiarity with case files
(b) Research Assistants
- Research on arbitration law and related jurisprudence
- Preparing detailed notes and briefing papers
- Summarise case law and assist with legal writing
