Kristu Jayanti College of Law (KJCL), affiliated to Karnataka State Law University and recognised by the Bar Council of India, is managed by the CMI Fathers. It is committed to producing principled, knowledgeable, and internationally competitive lawyers through an approach that combines academic learning with practical exposure, like conferences, trial advocacy, moot courts, and case analysis sessions. KJCL strives to create leaders in the judiciary, legal academia, corporate, and NGOs.

About the Journal

Selected papers presented at the conference will be published as book chapters with an ISBN. The publication process will follow a peer-review mechanism ensuring originality, academic contribution, and compliance with anti-plagiarism standards.

About Call for Papers

The 1st International Multi-Disciplinary Conference on “Global Human Rights Narratives: Reinforcing in India and Abroad” invites original research papers, articles, and case studies from academicians, students, researchers, lawyers, and social activists across disciplines. Selected papers will be published as ISBN book chapters subject to review and additional publication charges.

Open to academicians, lawyers, research scholars, students, social activists, and professionals from various disciplines.

Global Human Rights Narratives: Reinforcing in India and Abroad. The conference aims to explore human rights in evolving socio-political contexts across different sectors like labor, finance, governance, gender equity, environment, migration, digital rights, and entrepreneurship.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Word Limit: Not exceeding 5,000 words
  • Format: Word document (A4 size, double spaced, justified alignment)
  • Font: Times New Roman; Title – 16 pt, Subheading – 14 pt, Body – 12 pt
  • Cover Page: Title, Author(s) name, Affiliation, Email ID, Contact Number
  • Abstract: 250–300 words with 5 keywords
  • Referencing Style:
    • Law: Bluebook 20th edition / Indian Law Institute (ILI)
    • Social Sciences: APA style

Submission Guidelines

  • Papers must be original and unpublished.
  • Co-authorship allowed (maximum two authors).
  • Authors must submit an abstract along with the full paper to: [email protected]
  • An anti-plagiarism report and originality undertaking must accompany submissions.
  • Selected papers will be peer-reviewed.
