Vivek Sood is a Senior Counsel with close to thirty years of litigation experience in criminal law, constitutional law, and cyber disputes. He has also authored books. His current focus lies in criminal law and white-collar crime litigation, both before trial courts, high courts & the Supreme Court. He works closely with law firms & in-house legal teams on white-collar defence strategy.
