CALL FOR PAPERS: COMPANY LAW AND SUSTAINABILITY, 7 and 8 November 2025

This workshop gathers corporate law scholars and practitioners to rethink contemporary developments and the conventional wisdom in relation to corporate theories, nature of the company, shareholder stewardship and stakeholder engagement, and directors’ duties in relation to sustainability. Sustainability compromises a range of different themes, which include but are not limited to: the environment, ecology, resources, the community, business longevity, gender equality and capitalism. Submissions on a broad range of themes are welcomed

Format

The workshop will be held in Institute of Advanced Legal Studies on the 7 and 8 November 2025. It is supported by the Society of Legal Scholars.
