Call for Chapters: for Edited Book on International Trade & Sustainable Development
ABOUT THE BOOK
The book explores how international trade, once viewed primarily through become a critical battleground for sustainability. As global commerce expands it brings both opportunities and challenges-stimulating economic growth while also straining environmental resources and exacerbating social inequalities. The push for sustainable trade has led to significant policy shifts with governments, international institutions, and industries seeking to balance economic interests with environmental protection and social equity. From integrating sustainability clauses in trade agreements to leveraging technology for greener supply chains, the landscape of global trade is undergoing a transformation. Against this backdrop, the book seeks to examine key themes, including legal frameworks, governance mechanisms, environmental and social dimensions, sector specific strategies, and emerging innovations shaping the future of sustainable trade.
MODE OF SUBMISSION
The call for chapters is open to interest at professors, Researchers, practitioners, students and are invited to submit Book chapters. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind peer review basis. Authors are encouraged to include original works.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
The paper shall be submitted both in doc./docx and pdf format via mail at raciel@nlujodhpur.ac.in and citilcourse@mpdnlu.ac.in with the subject “ submission-CfP-Trade and Sustainable Development”. The body of the mail must contain title of the paper/submission followed by the author(s) details; (i) name (ii) designation (iii) institutional affiliation (if any).
