Eligibility
Pursuing LL.B. or any equivalent Law Degree.
Students in their –
- 9th semester (for a 5-year course)
- 5th semester (for a 3-year course)
From a recognised law college or university, from the top 30 law colleges as per the latest NIRF Rankings of the Government of India.
Responsibilities
- Drafting Service Agreements, MOUs, Non-Disclosure Agreements & Letters of Intent.
- Compiling and reviewing trademark and copyright queries.
- Assist the legal team with research on various issues/topics related to different laws, including but not limited to labour laws, contract laws, information technology laws, data protection and privacy laws, and intellectual property related laws.
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and presentations for internal purposes.
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in English language (Written & Verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools such as Manupatra, SCC, LexisNexis, etc.
- Advanced drafting skills.
- Familiar with laws applicable to private companies, with basic knowledge of intellectual properties, information technology and employment laws.
- Ability to work and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
