CALL FOR PAPERS: JOURNAL OF COMPARATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL JURISPRUDENCE, LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION: 30 SEPTEMBER 2025
ABOUT
The Journal of Comparative Constitutional Jurisprudence (JCCJ) invites original, unpublished manuscripts for Volume II, to be published in early 2026. JCCJ is a double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal with a distinct focus on the jurisprudential and historical foundations of constitutional law. While the primary lens is the Constitution of India, the Journal equally values comparative and international perspectives that engage with the philosophy, evolution, and conventions of constitutionalism around the globe. Our key mission is to intellectually empower early-career legal scholars, particularly young faculty and law teachers, by providing a platform to contribute to meaningful academic discourse. Unlike typical publications in constitutional law or jurisprudence, JCCJ encourages contributions that are analytical, critical, and rooted in the philosophical traditions and historical developments of constitutional systems.
All submissions shall be made to jccjeditors@gmail.com. The subject of the email should read as Submission_JCCJ_Volume II. The submission should also be accompanied by a cover letter containing the professional and contact details of the author(s). The affiliation of author(s) shall not be revealed in anywhere in the manuscript, else this will be treated as a serious ground for rejection of the submission, leading a summary rejection of the manuscript.
