Enabling Resilient and Sustainable Grids: Advanced Power Electronics, Energy Storage Configuration, and Intelligent Control Strategies
With the global energy transition and the rapid development of information and artificial intelligence technologies, new electric power systems and circuit technologies are playing an increasingly important role in aspects such as efficient energy utilization, renewable energy grid integration, and electric energy conversion.
This special issue aims to showcase cutting-edge research and innovative solutions that address the dual challenges of enhancing grid resilience and accelerating the transition to sustainable energy. It will explore the synergistic integration of advanced power electronics, optimal energy storage system (ESS) configuration, and intelligent, data-driven control strategies. These objectives will be achieved by soliciting high-quality contributions that present novel architectures, methodologies, and case studies demonstrating improved grid stability, reliability, and efficiency in the face of renewable intermittency and evolving demand patterns.
