Call for Chapters Proposals: Indian approaches to International Law through Cases, Submit Now

The book project aims to bring out the Indian cases (from Supreme Court & High Courts) & International Cases (from International Courts & tribunals) that stimulated, shaped, conditioned & retracted Indian interactions with the international law.

Sub Themes

1. Indian Approach to State Recognition;
2. Indian Approach to the Law of the Seas;
3. Indian Approach to Environmental Law;
4. Indian Approach to State Succession;
5. Indian Approach to State Jurisdiction;
or any other concept/doctrine/principle in which the Indian Approach can be discerned, whether as a coherent, wholesome picture or a fractured one.

Interested authors are requested to share a chapter proposal of around 400-500 words including the line of enquiry, method (if any) & approach to the topic (preferably showing the Indian approach to international law) & a short bio-note for 150 words (with Google Scholar and/or ORCID ID).
