Your Responsibilities

• Independent scientific research activity
• Support in the research projects and teaching duties of the EU law department
• Independent execution of teaching duties in accordance with work contract (4 hours weekly/semester)

Admission Requirements

• completed PhD in law
• demonstrable, in-depth knowledge of EU law
• very good command of English and/or German

The application should include a letter of motivation, a CV, Master and PhD transcripts, a scientific publication, and the contact details of three referees who may be contacted.

Desired Qualification

• Teaching experience (at university level)
• Excellent language skills (German, English)
• Demonstrable, in-depth knowledge of EU law
• Demonstrable interdisciplinary research, particularly in economics and/or quantitative research methods
• Experience abroad, preferably with a European focus
• Practical experience, particularly with European institutions
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to work independently and on one’s own initiative
• Resilience
• Flexibility
• Ability to work in a team.
