About Organisation
1884 is the landmark year as the foundation stone was laid 140 years ago for Shri
Vaishnav Group of Institutions by compassionate cloth merchants of Vaishnav cult
of Indore, which was later rechristened as Shri Vaishnav Sahayak Kapada Market
Committee in the year 1934.
The moot is scheduled to take place from 20 th – 22 nd November (Online) and
December 6 th (Offline) at Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya campus.
Eligibility
1.The Competition is open to students currently enrolled in LL.B. Degree Courses
(3 year/5 year) .
2.A team is not permitted to have members from more than one institution.
3.No more than two team may represent an institution.
Registration Fee
The registration fee for the Moot Court Competition comprising not more than 3
members is INR 3,000.
Prize Pool
1. Winning Team Award: The winning team will receive a trophy and cash
prize of INR 21,000. One free Manupatra Academy Course of Choice for the
winning team for each Participants. Team will be awarded access to a total
of premium Law Bhoomi course worth upto Rs. 9000 (one course for per
student)
2. Runners-Up Team Award: The runners-up team will receive cash prize of
INR 11,000. A 75% discount on any one Manupatra Academy Course for
the runner-up team. Team will be awarded access to a total of premium Law
Bhoomi course worth upto Rs. 9000 (one course for per student)
3. Best Mooter: The Best Mooter will receive cash prize of INR 3,000
4. Best Memorial: The Best Memorial will receive a cash prize of INR 3,000.
5. Best Researcher: The Best Researcher will receive a cash prize of INR
3,000.
Participants:
1. All the Participants will get the Certificate of Participation.
2. Additionally, all the participants can avail 15% discount on Manupatra Academy
Courses.
