Call for Papers: 9th edition of the TILTing Perspectives Conference “Between Values and Innovation: Tech Governance in a Multicentric World, 17-19 June 2026

The Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT) is delighted to announce the 9th edition of the TILTing Perspectives Conference “Between Values and Innovation: Tech Governance in a Multicentric World” between 17-19 June 2026. Join us in Tilburg, the Netherlands, to rethink and redesign, to inspire, instigate, and interact with the future of tech governance.

Extended abstracts for presentations and proposals for panels and interactive workshops should be submitted via the EasyChair conference system by 11 January 2026 23:59 CET.

Registration Fee

All participants are required to register for the conference by paying the conference registration fee. The standard fee is €350. Specific groups of participants have a varied participant registration fee.

 Corporate Participants – €450 (May be eligible for NOVA Points – Pending Confirmation)

 Speakers – €250

 PhD Students – €200

 Alumni – €150

 Masters and bachelor’s students – €50

Any participant can request a waiver by submitting a request to the conference organizers that includes a clear subject line, an introduction, and an explanation of the need for a waiver (e.g., financial hardship, limited funding). Please note that only a limited number of fee waivers are available
