Call for Papers: National Conference on Customary Law and Customary Rights on 29th–30th January, 2026, Abstract Submission: 30th November, 2025
The University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, is organizing an offline National Conference on Customary Law and Customary Rights on 29th–30th January, 2026.
This conference aims to explore the intersections of customary law with modern legal frameworks, focusing on how traditional practices can be harmonized with contemporary legal standards without losing their essence.
We invite students, researchers, academicians, and practitioners to submit abstracts (up to 300 words) and full papers on themes as mentioned in the brochure.
Important Dates:
– Abstract Submission: 30th November, 2025
– Full Paper Submission: 11th January, 2026
Publication: Accepted full papers will be published in an edited book with a recognized national or international publisher.
