About the Conference
Amid rapid technological shifts, evolving global norms, and mounting constitutional challenges, governance in sovereign states is under growing pressure. The International Conference on Fostering Constitutional Understanding of Sovereign States offers a timely platform to rethink how nations interpret and strengthen their constitutional frameworks. Focusing on legitimacy, crisis response, technological impact, reform processes, and the balance between Sovereignty and International obligations, it provides a comprehensive comparative view of modern Constitutionalism. By uniting scholars, judges, policymakers, educators, and the public, the conference fosters Constitutional innovation and civic engagement. Its goal is to build a lasting global network committed to advancing constitutional awareness and adaptive legal frameworks, ensuring Constitutions remain both protectors of Sovereignty and instruments of Justice in the 21st century.
Eligible Participants
Participation is open to all National and International Delegates, including Researchers, Academicians, Students, Industry professionals, and Policymakers. The conference welcomes participants from around the world who are interested in contributing to and engaging with the themes and objectives of the event.
CALL FOR PAPERS
The Organizing Committee of the International Conference on “FOSTERING CONSTITUTIONAL UNDERSTANDING IN SOVEREIGN STATES” invites original and unpublished research papers. However, submissions on related themes will also be considered and the list is not exhaustive. Contributions are welcome in the form of full research papers.

- Submission of Abstract- 31st December 2025
- Confirmation of Acceptance- 5th January 2026
- Registration and Submission of Full Paper- 15th January 2026
- Conference Date- 6th and 7th of February 2026
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Participants must register on or before 15th January 2026 by completing the registration form through the provided link or QR code. In the case of multiple authors, the registration fee applies individually to all authors. Only registered participants will receive conference access and certificates.

- Academician / Industry experts- INR 2,000/-
- PhD scholars- INR 1,500/-
- Students- INR 1,000/-
- Participation- INR 800/-
Registration fee for international participants: $80/- (including GST). Separate registration fees is mandatory for every author and co-author attending the conference.
