Responsibilities
- Work closely with the corporate legal team on PE, M&A, and general corporate transactions.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading commercial agreements and legal documents.
- Support due diligence exercises and transaction documentation.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and securities laws.
- Prepare internal notes, trackers, and summaries of key transactions.
- Ideal for candidates with a keen interest in corporate and transactional work.
Eligibility
- 5th year of law school.
- Recent graduates.
- Available full-time for this internship.
Duration
- Minimum – 3 Months
- Maximum – Can be extended based upon performance and availability
