ABOUT ICCTE 2026

The 2nd International Conference on Corporate, Tech & Environmental Laws 2026 (ICCTE 2026) is a prestigious event that will focus on the intersection of corporate governance, technological advancements and environmental law. Set to take place from 14th & 15th March, 2026, the conference will gather leading experts, policymakers, academics, and industry stakeholders to explore the legal challenges and opportunities shaping sustainable futures.

THEMES FOR ICCTE 2026

The convergence of corporate strategy, technological innovation, and environmental stewardship is redefining the global legal landscape as we transition from an era of voluntary commitment to one of rigorous enforcement and accountability. This conference will explore this critical paradigm shift, addressing pressing themes such as the intensifying legal crackdown on greenwashing and the imperative of global supply chain due diligence. We will delve into the evolving role of AI in corporate governance, balancing the need for innovation with the regulatory complexities of the energy transition and carbon market integrity. Additionally, discussions will scrutinize the harmonization of intellectual property rights with green technology transfer, the maturity of circular economy frameworks, and the continued potential of blockchain and smart contracts to verify environmental compliance. Together, we aim to foster a collaborative dialogue on constructing resilient legal architectures that ensure corporate transparency, technological ethics, and genuine environmental justice.
