About the Internship
We are looking for dedicated students for an internship. This session is designed to provide high-level exposure to commercial matters, courtroom intensive legal research and Seo optimised content development on recent Judgements. Unlike standard internships, we focus on mentoring students to handle real-world B2B legal challenges, including payment defaults, contract drafting, and compliance audits.
Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth research on commercial laws, GST, and bank guarantees.
- Assisting in drafting complex agreements (NDAs, Reseller and Sub-contracting agreements) and litigation documents (Writs, Petitions and Legal Notices).
- Assisting in POSH compliance, legal audits, and due diligence for corporate clients.
- Researching on statutes & legal precedents for matters and writing articles on contemporary legal issues for firm publications.
- Observing and assisting in the strategy development for High Court and Trial Court proceedings.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs from recognized law schools. [Preferably from second year onwards]
- Strong interest in Commercial Litigation, Cybercrime, Corporate Law, and Compliance.
- Excellent research and drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to commit to a long-term duration.
