National Law University Delhi is pleased to announce the launch of the certificate course “International Investment Law: Contracts, Arbitration & Practice”, offered by the Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL), NLU Delhi.
The course offers a comprehensive and practice-oriented understanding of international investment law, investor–State dispute settlement, and investment contracts, with an India-centric and Global South perspective.

• Mode: Online (Weekend sessions)
• Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline / 4th or 5th year students of integrated undergraduate programmes
