About the Internship
LawDarpan is looking for analytical and tech-savvy law students for a Long-Term Virtual Internship. This program is designed to provide professional exposure to the Digital Age of Law. Interns move beyond standard clerical work to engage in intensive legal research, content development, and real-world litigation strategy. Interns are mentored to analyze complex judgments and translate them into actionable insights for LawDarpan’s B2B and professional audience.

Responsibilities
- Researching recent High Court/Supreme Court precedents and drafting articles optimized for search engine visibility.
- Assisting in drafting legal notices, petitions, and commercial agreements (NDAs, Service Level Agreements).
- Tracking updates in BNSS/BNS transitions and drafting protocols for cyber-crime seizures (e.g., bank account unfreezing).
- Assisting in POSH compliance research and corporate legal due diligence.
- Observing virtual hearings and summarizing proceedings for LawDarpan’s judicial updates section.
Eligibility
- Students in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs (Preferably 2nd year and above).
- A strong interest in Commercial Litigation, Cyber Law, and Corporate Compliance.
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Ability to commit to a long-term duration (3–6 months).
