This is a unique opportunity to engage directly at the United Nations and advance advocacy for the rights of Indigenous Peoples with disabilities under the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
๐ฟ Who Can Apply?
Indigenous individuals and representatives who:
โข Are actively promoting and protecting Indigenous rights, particularly the rights of Indigenous persons with disabilities.
โข Can clearly demonstrate how their participation will strengthen advocacy for their communities.
โข Require financial support for travel, accommodation, and related expenses.
โจ Applications from LGBTIQ+ persons and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged!

Applications will be assessed based on:
1๏ธโฃ Representation โ Clear mandate from your Indigenous community or organization
2๏ธโฃ Relevance โ Active engagement in human rights issues affecting Indigenous Peoples with disabilities
3๏ธโฃ Impact โ Potential to strengthen advocacy and policy influence
4๏ธโฃ Need โ Financial need and lack of alternative funding sources
