Responsibilities
- Conduct research on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), media & entertainment law, and commercial issues
- Assist in drafting legal documents, notices, agreements, and advisory notes
- Support trademark and copyright filings, searches, and prosecution work
- Review contracts and prepare summaries / risk notes
- Assist in case preparation, pleadings, and litigation support tasks
- Prepare research memos, case briefs, and client-ready documents, Track deadlines, filings, and procedural requirements
- Provide general assistance in ongoing matters and internal projects
