Greetings from the Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC).
As digital technologies continue to reshape governance, business, and society, understanding the legal and regulatory dimensions of cyberspace has become increasingly important. Institutions today play a vital role in preparing students to navigate this evolving landscape where law, technology, and policy intersect.
In this context, ISAC, in collaboration with Aakash Law, is offering the NSD Certified Cyber Law Program (NCCLP). The program is designed to provide students and young professionals with a strong and practical foundation in cyber law and the regulatory frameworks governing the digital ecosystem. The curriculum introduces participants to key areas including fundamentals of cyber law, international cyber regulatory frameworks, data protection and privacy, cyber crimes and contraventions, e-commerce and industry laws, intellectual property in the digital age, sectoral regulations, and legal aspects of emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain. It also provides exposure to dispute resolution mechanisms, enforcement practices, professional practice, and future trends in cyber law.

The upcoming batch of the program will commence from 16th May 2026, with sessions conducted on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, ensuring that students can participate without affecting their regular academic schedule.
