Call for Applications: for World Health Summit 2026 Stipend & Fellowship Program, October 11-13, 2026
for Participants from Low- and Middle-Income Countries, as well as with Lived Experience
The World Health Summit will be offering travel and accommodation stipends for up to fifteen individuals from low- and middle-income countries, as well as participants with lived experience voices to participate in the World Health Summit in Berlin, October 11-13, 2026. Interested candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as early as possible, since applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and the application process may close once all spots are filled.
Scope of the stipend
The World Health Summit will
• Book and pay for roundtrip economy class flights to and from Berlin.
• Book and pay for a hotel stay (4 nights incl. breakfast, Oct. 10-14) in walking distance to the WHS venue.
• Provide World Health Summit 2026 registration (incl. food and beverages).
• Cover miscellaneous expenses (reimbursement of up to 200€), e.g., for transport within Berlin.

• Invite stipend recipients to participate in the World Health Summit’s Kick-Off reception on Saturday night (Oct. 10) ahead of the World Health Summit 2026.
Application process
• Applications may only be submitted via the designated online form.
• The World Health Summit will announce the beginning of the application period publicly.
• The World Health Summit will contact each selected individual via email. In case a selected applicant is unable to accept the Stipend & Fellowship program, candidates from a waitlist will be contacted.
• Interested candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as early as possible, since applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and the application process may close once all spots are filled. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
