Call for Papers: Revista de Drept Constituțional / Constitutional Law Review, Issue No. 1-2026, Submission Deadline- June 10, 2026
The Editorial Board of the Revista de Drept Constituțional / Constitutional Law Review is pleased to invite submissions for Issue No. 1-2026. We welcome contributions that explore contemporary issues in constitutional law, both from theoretical and practical perspectives, at national, European, and international levels.
Scope and Themes:
Submissions may include, but are not limited to:
Analyses of recent developments in constitutional law and jurisprudence
Comparative studies on constitutional frameworks
Discussions on the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms
Case notes and book reviews relevant to constitutional law
Submission Guidelines:
Language: Submissions are accepted in English.
Format: Articles must be word-processed and include footnotes for citations.
Author Information: Please provide a current curriculum vitae with your submission.
Authors are responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright laws. Acceptance of a submission implies that the author agrees to assign exclusive rights of reproduction and dissemination to the Constitutional Law Review, in both print and electronic formats.

Please submit your manuscripts by June 10, 2026, via email to editor@revistadedreptconstitutional.ro. Submissions received after this date may be considered for subsequent issues.
Review Process:
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Authors will be notified of the editorial decision within four weeks of submission.
