The Centre for Studies in Tribal and Indigenous Communities (CSTIC) , DNLU, Jabalpur, in collaboration with the Tribal Research and Development Institute (TRDI), Bhopal, invites submissions for the National Conference on:

“Tribal Custom, Law, Rights, and Reforms”

19–20 September 2026

-Important Dates
• Abstract Submission Deadline: 15 July 2026
• Acceptance of Abstract: 18 July 2026
• Last Date of Registration: 20 July 2026
• Full Paper Submission Deadline: 17 August 2026

Registration Fee
• Students: ₹500
• Scholars: ₹700
• Academicians: ₹1,000
(Co-authors are required to pay half of the applicable fee.)

Selected papers will be published in a special issue of The Vantage : A Journal of Law and Social Sciences, and accommodation will be provided to selected paper presenters.

We invite academicians, researchers, scholars, and students to contribute to meaningful discussions on tribal customs, indigenous rights, legal reforms, forest rights, PESA, intellectual property, and related themes.
