- Contract drafting, review and Court Visit
- Legal research, due diligence, and advisory work
- Regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance matters
Eligibility
- 3-year or 5-year LL.B. students
- Freshers may apply
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Interest in Corporate Law and Business Advisory
- Prior internship experience preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Genuine interest in litigation.
