About the Opportunity
Chaubey & Company, a law firm, is inviting applications from motivated and committed students for internship opportunities for 2026. The internship is intended to provide students with practical exposure to litigation, dispute resolution and legal drafting, while enabling them to develop an understanding of the functioning of a professional legal practice.
Responsibilities
· Court proceedings, procedures and filing processes
· Legal research and case-law analysis
· Drafting of legal notices, pleadings, applications and other legal documents
· Litigation and dispute-resolution matters
· Case preparation and matter discussions
· Client interactions, subject to confidentiality and professional discretion
Eligibility
· Students pursuing their 3rd, 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme
· Candidates with prior internship experience in litigation or law firms
· Students with strong legal research, drafting and communication skills
· Candidates with a genuine interest in litigation and dispute resolution
· Sincere, responsible and proactive individuals willing to learn
